Showcasing the vast array of producers from Gippsland and beyond,  The Jindi Cheese Harvest of Gippsland was enjoyed by a crowd of over 9300.

A fantastic range of cooking demonstrations:

Caca-Oh Chocolate school with Roman Manser demonstrating a range of chocolate decorating skills by this swiss master.

At 11.30 the authors of the 2nd best seller for 2007 '4 Ingredients' will take to the stage demonstrating one of their 340 recipes from the book. Come and meet Rachael & Kim after their demonstration to have your copy of this best seller signed.

Dure-Dara will compere all demonstrations throughout the day.

Lewis Prince & John Snelling, recipients of The Age 2008 Good Food Guide Chefs Hat award appear on stage, at 1.30 & 12.30 respectively

The final of the Star News Group Signature Dish competition will be live from 2.30pm.

Following this will be Paul Stafford from Spice Island Cooking School and Central Gippsland Tafe.

Organic producers  will be featured including Rivieria Icecream, Sunny Creek Organics, Hope Farm Breads, Pure Crema, 4P Organics, Durantes, Lime Fizz, Capra Cheese, Yum Mum and Botany Organics. 

FREE entertainment for the whole family including at 2.00pm LINDA & VIKA, live on stage supported by the four piece covers band DISTANCE.  For the kids a trackless train ride around the grounds. The train also used to transport patrons to entrance after a long day. For the budding artists the opportunity to show some creative flare at  the Paint Pot People marquee,  Don't forget to have your face painted and meet FREDDO Frog.
