Lardner Park Events operate the Lardner Park venue, as well as managing events such as Farm World, Trucks In Action, the Civil Works Expo and Harvest of Gippsland.   

Farm World is Victoria’s largest regional agricultural event with 650 exhibitors and over 50,000 attending the four day event.

Lardner Park also hosts a wide range of expos and activities including the Baw Baw Garden Expo and Home Show, the State Youth Games, the Australian 4-Day Enduro, the Roadsafe Bike Education Challenge and Craft Markets Australia hold a craft market at Lardner Park four times a year.

Current architects Vincent-Chrisp are designing a new multipurpose exhibition centre to further enhance the Lardner Park facilities.

A range of commercial farming activities are undertaken on Lardner Park. 

The Lardner Park Steer Productivity Trial has been conducted on an annual basis since 1984. 

A wide range of pasture and cropping trials are also undertaken at Lardner Park. 

The organisation comprises seven employees with a voluntary board and committee primarily comprising business people from West Gippsland.
