THE JINDI HARVEST OF GIPPSLAND 2011
Set at picturesque Lardner Park,
over 100 quality food and wine producers allow patrons to experience some of
Australia’s highest quality produce made and grown in the Gippsland region at
this all weather event.
The date for 2011 is Sunday 6th March, the weekend prior to the Labour Day long weekend.

Celebrity Chef Ed Halmagyi ('Fast Ed'), one of Australia's best loved TV chefs and food authors will prepare a range of dishes using Gippsland produce.
As cooking presenter on 'Better Homes and Gardens', he transforms elegant restaurant cuisine into simpler recipes that can easily be prepared at home. Ed has published teo cooking books and has worked in iconic restaurants such as Sydney's 'Rockpool' and the 'Wickaminnish Inn' in Canada. |

WINE MASTER CLASS
New to the 2011 will be three wine Masterclassses focusing on Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Sprakling Wine
Cost $5 per class more details closer to the date

A FREE carry bag and tasting
glass is included with each admission ticket (adult admission). These bags
carry three bottles of wine plus a larger area for other produce.
