THE JINDI HARVEST OF GIPPSLAND 2011

Set at picturesque Lardner Park, over 9300 people experienced the best of Gippsland's produce, entertainment and weather.

Celebrity Chef Ed Halmagyi ('Fast Ed'), one of Australia's best loved TV chefs and food authors took to the stage to prepare a range of dishes using Gippsland produce.
As cooking presenter on 'Better Homes and Gardens', he transforms elegant restaurant cuisine into simpler recipes that can easily be prepared at home. Ed has published teo cooking books and has worked in iconic restaurants such as Sydney's 'Rockpool' and the 'Wickaminnish Inn' in Canada.
