in its 54th year Farm World has grown to be Victoria’s largest regional agricultural event with 700 exhibitors.  Farm World provides a unique platform for farm machinery manufacturers, suppliers and distributors to launch new products, to showcase their ranges and highlight technological changes.
Farm Wold is supported by strategic partners, the Commonwealth bank, Evans Petroleum BP and the Baw Baw Shire Council.

The theme for 2016 - “Farm Productivity”

Focuses on products, services and initiatives farmers can take to improve their farm productivity.

Health and Wellbeing

Following the success of the last year’s theme of ‘Health and Wellbeing’ a permanent health and wellbeing area has been created at Farm World, focusing on initiatives that farmers and rural people can do to improve their health levels and quality of life.  About twenty health and wellbeing related exhibitors including The National Stroke Foundation, Gippsland Women’s Health, Donate Life, Weight Watchers and Latrobe Community Health will be located in the Lardner Park Exhibition Centre.
In addition visitors can receive free dental assessments offered by the Royal Flying Doctor Service, hearing tests from the Weimmera Hearing Society and ‘Pitstop Men’s Health Checks’.

Women in Agriculture Event 2015

To celebrate the important role women play in agriculture a special luncheon and presentation will be held in the Lardner Park Exhibition Centre.  Guest speakers include:-

Dame Quentin Bryce AD, CVO former Governor General and Natalie Collard 2011 Chief Executive Officer of the Australian Dairy Farmers

Jacksons View Animal Nursery

Jackson’s View Animal Nursery features a range of farm animals including pigs, calves, ducks, dogs and ponies.  ‘Animals of Oz’ are a feature exhibitor – kids can interact with pythons, lizards, marsupials, crocodiles and birds.
